This publication was prepared on the occasion of the exhibition Emma Wilcox: Where it Falls, on view at The Print Center in 2012. The artist creates and then photographs roof-top interjections of large-scale, text-based work. Her haunting, enigmatic silver prints, taken within a 5-mile radius of Newark, NJ, suggest multiple narratives, hinting at crime, destruction and violence.
